Safety First for SpeedMark

Safety Education Foundation (CSEF) Charity

SpeedMark are delighted to be working on a joint project working with the Children’s Safety Education Foundation (CSEF) Charity.

The partnership will see schools throughout Lancashire and Staffordshire offered the opportunity to work with us to help raise essential funds for the charity.

The CSEF helps to deliver preventative safety education to every child in the United Kingdom by working directly with schools and teachers to help increase the safety of young people. They do this by providing educational materials that focus on building general safety awareness and reducing the number of accidents involving this vulnerable group. The event days, know more commonly as ‘Crucial Crew’ take place at various times throughout the school year.

Schools that choose to help the CSEF in their fund raising efforts pledge to donate the 50% of the funds that the school would normally keep following a SpeedMark event.

Commenting on the partnership, SpeedMark’s Chief Operating Officer, Nick Palich said, “We are delighted to be working in conjunction with the CSEF, and we believe that the educational school programmes that the CSEF organise, provide a crucial part in educating children in the common dangers of everyday life. We urge schools that benefit from the work of the CSEF to return the favour by holding a fun filled SpeedMark day in their school”.

To book a day at your school fill out this form ‘Take the SpeedMark Challenge’ or for further information, please call Nick Palich on 01254 230099.
