

- A SpeedMark representative visits your school to discuss the initiative.
- A suitable date for an event is agreed.
- Sign up to the agreement and send a copy to our Head Office.
- Your school receives 5 size 4 Adidas F-50 footballs for use in school.
- An assembly is arranged, whereby our ex-professional footballer or qualified coach will visit the school to talk to the staff and children.
- Sponsorship forms and posters are left with the school.
- School hands out sponsorship forms to children 2-3 weeks before the event.
- School displays the SpeedMark posters around school to help promote the event.
- School collects sponsorship forms in 2 days before the event.
- The SpeedMark for Schools Challenge takes place.
- Certificates and medals are presented to the children on the day.
- Monies collected and returned to school within 7-14 days.
- Event forms with total raised are faxed back to SpeedMark.
- SpeedMark invoice the schools for the first £100 (works out as £50 after the 50/50 split) to cover the direct costs incurred of administering the event and 50% thereafter (+VAT which can be claimed back through the LEA).
- All prizes and footballs are dispatched to the school.
