Barry is also Chairman of Burnley Football Club, a role he has held since December 1998. Fittingly, in his tenth year as Chairman of Burnley FC, he was rewarded with promotion to the Premier League after a Wembley Play off final win over Sheffield United.

Barry's business career has focused on the founding and building of the Europrint Group; the largest supplier of media games in the world.

Barry is also Chairman of Total Gaming Solutions Ltd, a company that manages lotteries for professional sports clubs. Mainly in the football sector.
