SpeedMark (Sport & Leisure) Ltd were formed in March 2003.

We primarily carry out work within Primary schools. Our mission is to raise funds for schools through our SpeedMark for Schools Challenge as well as creating employment for ex-professional footballers and FA qualified coaches.

We have endorsements from former Chairman of Sport England, Lord Patrick Carter as well as the Rt. Hon Richard Caborn whilst in his capacity of Sports Minister, and also Gordon Taylor, the Chief Executive of the Professional Footballers Association (The PFA) of which we are extremely proud.

Our event involves a fun inflatable football goal, with an integrated speed radar at the back of the goal. When a shot is kicked into the goal, the speed of the shot is displayed on a digital display in the back of the goal in mph.

EVERY child in the school takes part in our events regardless of ability and whether they have been sponsored or not. All the children take 3 shots each and we record their fastest speed on a certificate. The fastest boy and girl in each class are then presented with a SpeedMark medal!

We also have partnerships in place with Topps Merlin (producers of Premier League trading cards Match Attax and the official Premier League sticker collection) and Mitre Sports (whereby we distribute over 65,000 footballs to children in the UK!).
